Shelburne Falls is a gorgeous line of fabrics. I'm using it for the Charm Square Sampler Quilt-Along over at Modern Tradition Quilts. This week's block is a Sawtooth Block. 
The HSTs for the entire quilt top are all made but not ironed or trimmed, and I plan to do that each week as I need them. The 260+ HSTs that I recently made for a custom twin HST quilt did not need trimmed when I made them with this method. The key is to be very accurate at every step. This batch of HSTs needs trimmed because the 10" Shelburne Falls stacker was not cut correctly by the manufacturer, and many of the pieces weren't 10" square. I would have saved myself a lot of trimming time if I had just trimmed the stacker down to 9.75" before I made the HSTs, but live and learn!
I'm using my 4.5-inch Bloc-Loc ruler and rotating cutting mat to trim them - my favorite method for trimming. If you haven't heard about Bloc Loc rulers, you might want to check them out. They have a groove that rests on the seam of the HST to prevent it from slipping while you cut.

Looks good!! How do you find that rotary mat, I have the pink 10" Busyfingers rotating cutting mat but after having used it for a couple projects it rotates very poorly. My boyfriend has offered to use a plastic lubricant to try and fix it but we haven't gotten around to it. How is the Olfa one? I'd love to hear more about it and your thoughts on it (maybe a dedicated blog post??)

Yes, those HST's.... They are a lot of work. But so worth it in the end! Your sawtooth block is very pretty!
