My To-Do List Week of August 3rd

This post may contain affiliate links. Thank you for your support!

My most important goal last week was to finish my GRAVITY quilt top and send it off to the quilter - Done!  View it here!

I am so relieved to finally finish the re-do and clean-up of my sewing room!  It's been a long time coming since I started counting yards and folding my stash in January.  I've posted tons of pictures here!

Lost Lake Quilt Along fabric selection - I've decided not to participate since I am trying so hard to get something from my stash to work and just can't seem to get there.

Busy Hands Quilts is sponsoring this quilt along.  Won't you join in?

Quilting It Out
Custom queen-sized Postcard from Sweden Quilt - Fabric has arrived from Stash Fabrics, a sponsor of the GRAVITY Quilt Along.  They stock the entire collection of Kona Cotton.  Do you know how wonderful it is to place one order for 37 different solids?  And they came folded so nicely AND labeled to boot!  My customer chose Clover for the backing and binding!  I plan to cut it this week when the 6-1/2" HST Accuquilt die I ordered arrives on Monday!

Upcoming Rosewood Lane pattern blocks and diagrams are finished!

Pickled beans - 21 quarts and 9 pints done!

Plans for this week include:
  • Sew blocks for upcoming Rosewood Lane pattern.  The fabrics I chose and sewed first just don't make the grade for the cover picture of my new pattern, so I'm remaking them in Just Wing It.
  • Aiming for Accuracy QAL Lessons 8-10

Look at all those wonderful Kona colours. I'm trying to think ahead to how I'm going to quilt Gravity. I don't think I grasped how big it is.

My list is similar to yours and I'm trying to keep up with you while grading homework! My longarm just decided to give me knots on the back of my quilt. AGH! I'm just glad I loaded the small one instead of the new pattern. I'm liking your list of things to do!

Love that Sweden quilt! Could you post the link to where you ordered your fabrics? I couldn't find it on their site
