Another Look at My Triangle Wall Hanging!

I'm in Phoenix for the Business Boutique conference today and tomorrow, and I'm glad I had a few days at my sister's house before the conference.  Yesterday we hung the triangle wall hanging I made for her in March.  She hung it super cutely with a metal rod, aqua finials, and clip hooks.  She saved money by cutting down a bigger rod, inserting a piece of cork into the ends of the rod, and screwing the finials into the cork.  Most of the curtain rods in her house are electrical pipe that has been spray painted black with finials inserted into cork, which costs all of about $10 for an 8-foot curtain rod, not including the hooks.

Hanging it had been on hold because she couldn't find the cork for the ends of the rod, but we found those yesterday when we cleaned out and reorganized her office.  Maybe she'll come visit me soon and help me organize some things!

This wall hanging was made from a Free Spirit Table Runner kit from Craftsy.  The kit contains so much extra fabric that I made a table runner for my mom and this wall hanging for my sister and have enough triangles left to make another large wall hanging or baby quilt.  This kit is part of the birthday celebration at Craftsy this weekend!  Get yours today!
