My Finish is a baby quilt made from Shannon's new pattern, Double Up! The pattern goes together quickly because it's strip pieced, my favorite kind of piecing! I am a stripper at ♥! The pattern includes instructions in 5 sizes and is fat quarter and yardage friendly.
Shannon is my pattern editor and tester and does a great job making sure my patterns make sense. You will find her patterns are well written with detailed charts, graphics, and instructions.
Quilt Stats:
Pattern: Double Up by The Flemings Nine
Size: 40" square.
Fabric: Pam Kitty and polka dots. The backing is black with white polka dots.
Batting: Warm and Natural White.
Quilting: Daisies allover in black thread on Gratitude.
GIVEAWAY ALERT!
Here are Shannon's versions of Double Up. This one is made with fat quarters for a scrappy version. Yes, it's all still strip pieced! I love how sweet this quilt is.
The dramatic two-color version is made with yardage. Isn't the difference between the three quilts amazing?!? You may not have known it's the same pattern if I hadn't let you in on that secret!
In celebration of Shannon's new pattern, she's giving away a PDF copy of Double Up on her blog! Hop on over to her blog and enter to win a copy of the pattern, and be sure to give her some ♥ and support in her pattern shop.

Thanks Myra! Love your version of the quilt and the border you added!
That's a great quilt Myra! Amazing how different in different fabrics!
I love patterns that look completely different when you vary the color scheme or amount of fabrics used.
It looks like three different patterns. Amazing how colours and prints made such a difference.
You are so right - I'm constantly amazed at how the same pattern can look so different! Beautiful quilts!
Amazing what a difference the choice of fabric can make. All beautiful and you make them sounds so easy to make!
