Meet Mariposa - a New Quilt Pattern!

This post may contain affiliate links. Thank you for your support!

This is Mariposa, a new quilt pattern in four sizes - Throw, Twin, Queen, and King.  I love the subtle designs that are created where the blocks meet.

Mariposa came about doodling in my quilt design software with an upcoming fabric collection.  Sometimes quilt designs come to mind already planned, and some come about by playing with quilt blocks, adding sashing compared to no sashing, and dropping fabrics in and out.

Quilt Stats:
Pattern:  Mariposa, available right here.
Size:  72" x 91"
All Fabric:  Maison Rouge, a fabric collection from Connecting Threads.

This quilt is for sale in my quilt shop right here!

Yep, I made Mariposa twice, to be sure I had the fabrics just right for a cover quilt.  I have asked my newsletter readers which quilt they think is the better cover quilt.  I'd like your opinion too!

Mariposa is a yardage-friendly quilt pattern that utilizes a main fabric in a small-to-medium sized print, several coordinates, and a larger print for the border.  The blocks are quite large and go together quickly for a fast finish.  As per usual, I have included pressing instructions so that as many seams as possible nest perfectly.

Mariposa is now available in my pattern shop, both the PDF digital version and a preorder of the Printed version.  You'll find them right over here.

Quilt Stats:  Mariposa, available right here.
