Kansas Red and White Throw Quilt in Just Red, a custom quilting project by Busy Hands Quilts.

This is a quilt made by Andrea which I custom quilted for her in a new-to-me design.  Her request was something bubbly, so bubbly it is!

Executing this design on my longarm required a tutorial as I had never wrapped a design around so the next row is half dropped to the previous row.  Learning this technique has opened up a ton of new quilt designs that I will be able to use on my machine.

This video by Megan of BestQuilter was quick and easy to understand.  Megan is a Handi Quilter educator who lives ten minutes from me!  I found her when I was in a pinch to have a quilt finished and was unable to quilt it myself.

Fabric Love 💗

This quilt is made with a layer cake of Just Red by Zen Chic, along with a solid white.   The backing is Blossom on White Red by Christopher Thompson for Riley Blake.

Love the fabrics radiating from lightest in the center to darkest at the corners.
