Welcome to Finished {or Not!} Friday where you can share what you're working on and see what others have been making!

Another 2018 Finish - a Simply Color Star Lap Quilt made from half-square triangle blocks leftover from this quilt.

The backing is pieced with prints from the collection with an aqua strip down both sides of the floral print.

Quilt Stats:
Pattern:  Washington Star {my design}
Fabric:  Simply Color by V and Co

This quilt is for sale in my quilt shop!

Did you see Brick Cottage Lane {2} in Island Batik Boho which I posted yesterday?  The pattern is on sale through this weekend in my pattern shop.  Go to this post to read more about the quilt and to enter an IB scrap giveaway!

Pictures or No Pictures??  In last week's link-up there were no pictures, just text links.  I did this to analyze which set up resulted in the most click throughs.  Text only links win hands-down with 2.5 times as many clicks as links with pictures.  This means if your post was clicked on 10 times before, this time it was clicked on 25 times.  My question for you is - which layout do you want me to host - text only or pictures?  Or put another way - do you want more click throughs or pictures?  Please leave a comment with your answer.

  5. I do like the images. My time online is limited and with pictures I can go to the inspiration that reaches me visually.

  7. I like the pictures to save time on looking at things I am interested in vs. getting more traffic to my blog. I can't figure out how to link up today.

  9. Wonderful quilt. And awesome that you used leftover fabric. I would have thought that pictures would get more views than text. Very interesting. I like pictures so I can choose the ones that interest me the most - because I don't have time to view all.
