Modern Prism Quilted Wall Hanging | Finished {or Not!} Friday Linky Party!

This post may contain affiliate links. Thank you for your support!

Welcome to Finished {or Not!} Friday where you can share what you're working on and see what others have been making!

My Finish is a Modern Prism wall hanging!

Modern Prism is a quilt kit I purchased quite a number of years ago from Keepsake Quilting.  It was well aged in my fabric closet and ready to be used.  The pattern and kit make a 60" x 63" quilt, but my client wanted a 30" wall hanging, so I reduced the HSTs to make the requested size.

I cut the squares for a second quilt at the same time I cut the first set, but they are bigger squares and will make a 47" square quilt.  I have it listed as a made-to-order item in my quilt shop, and I will finish it up when it is purchased.  I've too much to do now to just finish it, and it will require the push of a deadline for me to complete it.

Quilt Stats:
Pattern:  Modern Prism by Tara Faughnana; click here to get it.
Size:  30" x 31"
Fabric:  Michael Miller Cotton Couture
Backing:  Kona Charcoal
Quilting: Zing on Gratitude
Binding:  Kona Charcoal

A made-to-order quilt exactly like this, except measuring 47" square is for sale in my quilt shop right over here!

Last Week's Finished {or Not} Friday Features!

Do you want your quilt featured here?

A link back to Busy Hands Quilts in your post is required to get a shoutout here!  It's a small favor in return for the time and money it takes to host this linky party.

Petunia Patch Mini by Susan at Quilt Fabrication.  Isn't this the cutest ever mini quilt!?!  One of the many things on my to-do list is to write all of my patterns as mini quilts and perhaps table runners.  Which one would you like to see first?  Give me a shoutout with your choice.

Good Morning Myra! This quilt is a beauty, and I love the quilting pattern you chose to highlight this. I'll bet your customer is very, very pleased with how it turned out. I had to smile at your mention that the kit had aged just long enough in your stash. I have a few items that have aged perhaps just a bit too long. ~smile~ Roseanne

So colorful and beautiful! It sort of has a southwest feel, which I really like.
