Brick Cottage Lane {a finish!}

Brick Cottage Lane is a twin-sized quilt I made for my huge living room wall! The fabrics are mostly Bonnie and Camille, along with Gooseberry and a few other prints tossed in.

UPDATE October 2020:  I have released Hampton Court, a design based on the brickwork in the exterior of in King Henry VIII's castle, Hampton Court, from the 1500s.  The design is made with bricks of varying sizes.  This pattern is completely strip pieced, so you will not be sewing together individual bricks.  Life is about making more quilts, so let's get to it!  You'll find Hampton Court right here.

The backing just makes me so happy!  It's Picnic from the Vintage Picnic line by Bonnie and Camille which comes extra wide.  It's a super soft backing, and I plan to get more to use as a table cloth.  I used leftover backing to bind the quilt.

  3. I love your pattern--in fact, I just purchased & printed it off! I see this being made in so many colors. If I just had some helpers, I could actually get it from my mind to completion that much faster. But guess I'll just make some notes & get busy myself. Thanks for the newest project on my to-do list!
