Twin Kite Flight Quilt Set {Pillows Finished!}

I've finished the two Kite Flight pillow shams to complete the set.  It turned out so bright and cheery!

With a dash of extra Kona Rich Red, I increased the quilt size from a large lap to a twin.  The larger pillow cover is made from extra blocks, and the smaller 16" pillow is made from the tiny leftover ends of the strip sets.  Check - another item off my to-do list!  This quilt was originally blogged here.

Kite Flight is made from a Craftsy kit.  The current kit is made with a white background and is so modern and fun!

This quilt set is for sale in my Etsy shop!

And speaking of my Etsy shop, I'm moving my quilt patterns to their own Etsy shop - Busy Hands Patterns.  Please stop by and favorite my new shop!

  3. Wow!! I love this pattern, and the colors are SO bright. I love the aesthetic! I'm partial to the one with the white background, I think, but even though red is on the bottom of my list as far as favorite colors, the one with the red isn't overwhelming. That's a win! Lovely finishes!
