EEEK! My first ever business trip! I am currently in Phoenix to attend the Business Boutique, a seminar for women who want to make money doing what they love - and for me that's quilting and pattern designing, of course! I'm here with one my sisters, and we're having the best of times. If I learn something I think you'd be interested in, I'll be sure to pass it on.
In celebration of their 5th year in business, Craftsy is having a project kit and supplies sale through this weekend! I learned that sometimes I need to just . buy . it - the Fancy Forest quilt kit is sold out! I may end up piecing my own kit together after all, but that shouldn't be too hard. The original kit is made with Rhoda Ruth collection, and the bundles are were on a super sale this weekend. {I see they're sold out already!!} I'm I was considering getting a fat quarter bundle and then customizing it. It would also give me the opportunity to make it more rainbow-y!! However, sometimes it's just really nice to grab a kit and go because the fabric decisions are already made.
