I recently made a few baby quilts in order to practice quilting wavy lines on Gratitude for the custom king Postcard From Sweden quilt. I figured I could make the lines by hand, but since Gratitude is computerized, why not let her do the work?
The first is a wholecloth foxes and hedgehogs quilt. The quilting is top to bottom wavy lines with a stop and a start at every line. I soon realized that this would take a lot of time on a king size quilt, stitching out one narrow row, stopping, moving the machine back to the left side, and beginning again, so I began looking online for a digital edge-to-edge pantograph that stitched both directions several times before stopping. I found one! And that's a quilt for another post.

- Fabric: Hedgies and Foxes
- Size: 39" x 42"
