Scrappy Patchwork Twin Quilt | Finished or Not Friday Linky Party

Welcome to Finished or Not Friday where you can share your finished {or not} projects!

My finish is a twin size Scrappy Patchwork quilt, made in a quilt along with Sherri from A Quilting Life.

I had some strip sets and scraps leftover from my Oh My Darling quilt, and this was the perfect use for them.

I often have customers ask for pillow shams after they purchase a quilt, so this time I made it at the same time as the quilt.

I like taking pictures of the backing with the sun shining through!

Quilt Stats:

Pattern:   Scrappy Patchwork
Size:  Twin 60" x 84"
Fabric:  Fresh Cut by Basic Grey, Moda Grunge and other scraps.
Quilting:  Moulin Rouge on Gratitude.
Batting:  Hobbs Heirloom 100% Cotton
Backing:  Extra wide tiny pink/red circles on white from Red Rooster.

This quilt is for sale in my quilt shop!

If you want your quilt featured here next week, be sure to put a link back to this post in your post or sidebar, or tag @busyhandsquilts on Instagram, AND link directly to your blog post so I don't have to hunt it down.

It's your turn to share your finish {or not}!  What's welcome at this party?

  1. What a sweet quilt! And how nice to be able to use up the scraps, too. The quilting pattern is a lovely complement to the quilt, too. Have a great weekend!

  12. Am I the only one who loves to see what the backing is on your quilts--besides choosing beautiful fabrics and patterns with wonderful quilting, you always have the perfect backing.

  13. Gorgeous finish! I love how the pattern looks difficult but once I deconstructed in my head, it's really doable.
