Oh My Darling Lap Quilt | Finished or Not Friday Linky Party!

Welcome to Finished or Not Friday where you can share your finished {or not} projects!

My Finish is an Oh My Darling lap quilt made with Garden Club by RJR Fabrics.

I was approached by RJR Fabrics last fall to submit some of my quilt patterns in their upcoming fabric lines, and they accepted three of them.  Eight months later I can show you the second of the three quilts because the Garden Club fabric line was released last week.  This quilt was part of the super secret sauce sewing I was buried in during the month of May when I had 7 {yes 7!} quilts to complete in a 6-week period.

This quilt is the new cover quilt for the updated Oh My Darling pattern.  If you purchased the pattern from Craftsy, you should have received a notice about the revised file.

Oh My Darling comes in 6 sizes, including Baby, Small Lap, Large Lap, Twin, Queen, and King.  The pattern is jelly roll friendly and uses strip piecing.

Quilt Stats:
Pattern:  Oh My Darling, available here.
Size:  58" x 68"
Fabric:  Garden Club by RJR with RJR Cotton Supreme Solid in Optical White
Backing:  A light peach print from the Garden Club fabric collection.
Batting:  Hobbs Heirloom Wool
Quilting:  Bread Basket on Gratitude in white thread.

  12. Your oh darling quilt looks great in those bright colours. How on earth did you manage to finish 7 quilts in 6 weeks, or even 6 quilts in 7 weeks? Did you have a live in masseuse?
