A Giveaway at Finished or Not Friday {a Linky Party!} + California Girl Log Cabin Baby Quilt

This post may contain affiliate links. Thank you for your support!

Welcome to Finished or Not Friday where you can share your finished {or not} projects!

My finish is a log cabin baby quilt in California Girl, a custom order through my quilt shop.  It's as sweet as can be!  The quilt measures approximately 40" x 48".

I've been hoarding California Girl fabrics for several years and was delighted that my customer chose this collection for her granddaughter's quilt.  There was a large pile of 16-patch quilt blocks in my California Girl stash, and I've designed a quilt around them and am in the process of writing the pattern.  It's a twist on a traditional quilt that looks really pretty in these sweet fabrics.  You'll see it soon!

The buttery yellow backing is just so fresh, and I always love a striped or polka dot binding!

The most viewed link from last week was this pear pin cushion by Terry at Country Lady Quilts!

If you want your quilt featured here next week, be sure to put a link back to this post in your post or sidebar, or tag @busyhandsquilts on Instagram, AND link directly to your blog post so I don't have to hunt it down.

GIVEAWAY ALERT!

Enter to win this complete quilt kit with already-sewn quilt blocks, backing, and binding!  As laid out below, it measures 42" square, and there are enough additional blocks in these same colors to make it 42" x 56".  The gray and black flame fabric is for backing, and the orange fabric is for binding.  Additional fabric will be needed for backing and binding if the large size is made.

The orange fabric is the color shown above.  The picture below does not reflect the actual color of the orange flame fabric.

I ask that the winner pays the shipping cost of $6.50 Priority Mail, US entries only. Enter to win this quilt kit in the Rafflecopter below.

And don't forget - the Postcard From Sweden Quilt Along right here at Busy Hands Quilts kicked off yesterday!  You can use any fabrics, it just needs to be an HST design and greater than 40" square to qualify for prizes.  If you want to make the original quilt, order your Postcard quilt kit today in time for the fun!  Download the FREE pattern here.  Follow the blog and quilt along with us for fun, accountability, and prizes!  Go HERE to read the first blog post in the Quilt Along.

It's your turn to share your finish {or not}!  What's welcome at this party?
  • Any in-progress or finished project made with fabric, yarn, or thread is welcome!
  • Projects from this week only!
  • ♥ ♥ PLEASE!  Link to the actual blog post, not your home page.  We'd like to see your post and don't have the time to go hunt it down.
  • Include the Finished or Not Friday button or a text link that links back to this week's link-up in order to share the fun.  No, I won't delete your link if you don't, but hey, adding a link in your post is just being friendly, so be friendly and share!!
I try to pin your links to my Finished or Not Friday Pinterest board to get your link more exposure, but I don't always have time.

The log cabin baby quilt is just beautiful - the latest addition to my Pinterest board ☺ Thank you for hosting this Linky - it always provides inspiration and also gives me an incentive to gather my thoughts and write a blog post.
