Hands2Help Charity Quilt Challenge | a Monopoly Lap Quilt

If you're looking for a place to donate quilts, please consider joining in the Hands2Help Charity Quilt Challenge over at Confessions of a Fabric Addict.

Next in line for quilting practice was this Monopoly quilt top.  The rows have been sewn together for several years, and this past week I added the sashing and sewed the quilt top together.  Then it got some special lovin' on Gratitude with a digital edge-to-edge maze design. I much prefer swirls and flowers, but the maze design seemed right for this game-themed quilt.

All print fabrics in this quilt are Monopoly prints, including the backing and binding.

This quilt is being donated to Camp Hobe, a special summer camp experience for children currently being treated for cancer, and their siblings.

I like how the sashing breaks up the blocks. Simple but different!
