Crisscross is partially strip pieced to help speed up the process and to help with accuracy. The pattern uses four fabrics in the same colorway, or you can choose two in a colorway with an accent. Oh, What Beautiful Fabrics!
This finished design was made in the Throw size in the stunning Moonchild fabric collection. I love how this quilt turned out! I used soothing shades of pink and blue, which I think makes the quilt really stand out. This design is perfect for any style of decor.
We hosted a poll in the Busy Hands Quilts Facebook Group, asking which quilt to use as the cover quilt. This quilt won second place, so it doesn't appear on the cover of the pattern. The quilt on the cover is made in Simply Country fabrics, click here to view it.
Longarm Quilting
I quilted Crisscross with the Ribbon Curls design on my Handi Quilter Fusion with ProStitcher in white thread. I find myself using this design on my quilts from time to time because the results are always quite stunning.
