Do you have any idea what this block is called? I've just basted up two baby quilts in a similar design (I put a narrow solid between the two pattern strips, giving 4 boxes within the layout as you have it) and am utterly stuck on how to quilt it. Which level of pattern to highlight? Searching for images of how others have tackled it isn't helping, since I don't know what I'm searching FOR! Of course, you have shown that an all-over is always an option... :)
