Just finished today! Winter Wave Quilt. I started it over a year ago! The archives tell me I posted about it on August 17th, 2011 ...! My walking foot broke when I was quilting it way back then, and it took me about six months to replace the foot, and then I did not want to break the foot again on this jinxed quilt, so it sat on the shelf for . a . long . time. I ♥ my walking foot! It is SEW nice to quilt lines without puckers!
Quilt Stats:
- Pattern: New Wave, a free pattern from www.ohfransson.com
- Size: Approx 50" square.
- Fabric: Various quilt-shop quality fabrics with Moda Bella White.
- Backing: Connecting Threads Nordic snowflakes and coordinating pieces leftover from the front.
- Binding: Connecting Threads Nordic snowflakes, double fold, attached by machine with perfectly mitered 45-degree corners.
- Batting: Hobbs 80/20 cotton/poly
- Value: Chillin'!!
