Custom Happy Scrappy Quilt in Ooh La La - Twin Size - Progress #1
This post may contain affiliate links. Thank you for your support!
Today I am working on a custom order for a twin-sized Happy Scrappy quilt in the Ooh La La fabric line. It is such fun, cheery fabric!
The squares were already cut from the previous oversized lap Happy Scrappy Ooh La La quilt I made, so assembling the quilt top was easy peasy and quick! I got out the first quilt I made in this fabric collection and used it as a guide for block placement, so that made it even quicker without having to make those decisions again. This quilt is one row longer and one row wider, so I did have to make a few decisions.
The backing, batting, and quilt top are all layered together, ready to be attached to Mrs.Singer's rails this afternoon!
I am just about out of this fabric and only have enough to make a bed-sized quilt if I use white along with these delicious fabrics. I'm considering making a Dream On quilt using the remaining Ooh La La fabric I have because that pattern is a balance of bright with white for a more toned-down look. Here is my first Dream On quilt, and here is my second Dream On quilt which was a custom order. I plan to make a baby quilt out of Ooh La La when I get the time!
My new sofa cover is cheery and bright!!
This quilt top is even brighter in person and has tremendous WOW factor.
I welcome custom orders in my Etsy shop and can make many patterns in any size from table runner to king, thanks to Mrs.Singer, my antique 31-15 machine.
