Another Ooh La La baby quilt sold in my Etsy shop, so I pulled out the pile of leftover fabric from that line to whip up another project. A pile of 6.5" squares quickly jumped into a basic quilt top, shown in the background below.
With the leftover strips, I decided to use the quilt-as-you-go method which I have been inspired to try since reading about it at Quilting in the Rain. Jera has a new book out, Quilt-As-You-Go Made Modern, which I saw at Barnes and Noble last week. I found it quite relaxing once I got into the groove. I think it will be a pillow cover.
I'm having sales in my Etsy shops this month!
25% off at Cut Sew Create, my fabric shop.
