Fox and Forest Animal Baby Blanket {A Finish!}

This post may contain affiliate links. Thank you for your support!

What do you know, I made a quilt from some of the fabric I bought over spring break!  Yeah!  What a super feeling it is.  I just love the adorable foxes and hedgehogs in these prints.

I'm not sure why or how, but Mrs.Singer's needle bar bent while quilting the custom twin HST quilt and had to be replaced.  Fortunately I was able to finish quilting that project before replacing the bar.  I don't like to mess with Mrs.Singer because she can be persnickety, especially with regard any adjustments to the needle.  My 17-year-old son helped me replace the part.  He loves to work with his hands and fix things, and this was an opportunity to spend special time with him and build him up and encourage his amazing talent.  This quilt was the fabric I used to test Mrs.Singer's quilting, and she did such a fine job that it ended up a finished quilt!

Another fun use of my custom labels!

It is so fun when your kids can contribute in fixing things and do it together. You must be proud at your sun!! The singer (and you) did a great job: lovely baby quilt.

Myra that is so cute. Love it. And the quilting is great. Mrs. Singer did a fine job. Too bad about her bar - how curious.
