I've been recharging my batteries with my parents in Yuma, Arizona over the last three weeks! It has been a super relaxing time with morning walking and soaking up the rays in the afternoon, mixed with a fair amount of shopping and game-playing. We also went into Mexico twice - that's a real adventure. I've even had the extra bonus of being with all of my siblings for a few days.
I've seen this poor fellow before on Facebook, but now I've seen it in person at Grandma Jo's Fabrics in Yuma.

I'm headed back home in a few days and will be jumping into my sewing room right away, working on a king-size quilt for my aunt and uncle's 50th wedding anniversary. The quilt will be made from Dogwood Trail, a lovely collection of blues, pinks, and greens.
