Splash of Color Quilt Along | Finished Quilts!

Today we're sharing our finished quilts in the SPLASH of Color Quilt Along at Busy Hands Quilts!

Here's my Seeing Spots quilt top from Splash of Color.  I increased it to a twin size by adding a border.

The backing is that to-die-for Benartex Gradation Rainbow fabric, and the quilting is interlocking hexies in black thread.

My second quilt is my very own Granny's Square Patch pattern!  The Moda Grunge really adds a sparkly flare.  A special THANK YOU! to the Fat Quarter Shop for providing the Pen Pals fabric for this quilt!

The backing is Moda Grunge, and the quilting is a loopy design called Cakewalk.

These quilts are for sale in my quilt shop!  Check them out!

Spread the word, share on your blogs and social media!

Please share the SPLASH of Color Quilt Along on your blog and social media with #splashofcolorQAL and tag me @busyhandsquilts.

  5. That rainbow print from Benartex is a FABULOUS one, and a perfect backing for that quilt (which I love). Your Granny's Square Patch is a terrific design too Myra. Wow, two quilts! Thanks for hosting this QAL; I've really enjoyed it and am so happy I got a quilt DONE that has nudged me and tempted me for 6 months. :-)
