Formation Throw Quilt Kit in Quartz Metallic Tonals!

Today I'm sharing a Formation Throw quilt by Connecting Threads in their Quartz Metallic Tonals collection!  These fabrics make Formation a modern minimalist quilt which is so popular today.

This is the first quilt my team has ever made for Connecting Threads to use in their photography.  :)  The quilt top was made by Kare and quilted and bound by me.  We had this puppy finished in record time due to deadlines!

The Formation quilt pattern is fat quarter friendly and is very quick and easy due to the large blocks.  The quilt pattern includes 5 sizes - Baby, Throw, Twin, Queen, and King.

I recommend using the Wing Clipper Tool by Deb Tucker to trim the flying geese quilt blocks.  It makes the trimming process so much easier and thus, so much more accurate.  It's available here and here.
