My Finish is a lap size Fat Quarter Cubes quilt - a Fat Quarter Shop Shortcut Quilt - in modern fabrics by various Free Spirit designers!
The backing is a zipper made from the leftover pieces from the front. To see the entire backing, zip on over to my quilt shop for a full reveal.
The Fat Quarter Cubes pattern is free {!} and is perfect for a bundle of fat quarters. Large prints work well, too, because the pieces aren't cut overly small.
You can see the previous Fat Quarter Cubes quilt I made over in this post. This time I left off the sashing, and it made a terrific lap size.
Pattern: Fat Quarter Cubes, available for FREE here.
Size: 53" x 71"
Fabric in Top and Backing: Free Spirit bundle from various designers and Kona Cotton Solid
Batting: Hobbs 80/20 batting
Quilting: Elements (maybe?!? - I can't remember!) on Gratitude in gray thread.
This quilt is for sale in my quilt shop!

I love your quilt! I didn't know FQS had free patterns. Yours turned out great!
I like the large prints you used in your quilt. It does look very nice without the sashing. I have to go take a peek at the back!
Lovely blend of fabrics in this one!
OOH I love those fabrics. Great finish. Thank you for the linky party. Denise@fortheloveofgeese
Well done. I forgot that Fat Quarter Shop has free patterns. Thanks for the reminder.
