I had just enough sunny stripe for the binding - it's now gone! :{
- Pattern: Patchwork with borders
- Size: 38" x 44"
- Fabric: Ooh La La by Pillow & Maxfield for Michael Miller Fabrics, along with a P&M coordinate for the second border.
- Batting: 100% cotton, thin
- Backing: Fleur de Lis in Blue from the Ooh La La line
- Quilting: Dense allover meandering stitch in white thread, done on Mrs.Bernina, my old 830 which was my grandmother's.
- Binding: Le stripe in Citrus from Ooh La La.
- Value: Super happy scrappy!

You have your grandma's old 830, so do I. My grandma bought it at the fair the same month I was born. I think it was destined to be mine! Unfortunately, I have had to retire it. After two motors, a second pedal, and 2 walking feet, even the Bernina repair man told me to retire it, as he could not get a new motor anymore. :( Your quilt is lovely!
I love those bright colours! I've been a very muted, traditional colours girl for a long time and now am being drawn in by the brights. That is a wonderful line of fabric. Thanks for sharing!
