Kids Playing Hockey on Pond
Our swimming pond is frozen thick, and the kids and Lily are playing hockey instead of working on school work this morning.  We don't get much snow here, nor does the pond often have a chance to freeze thick enough to skate on, so they are playing while they can - one of the benefits of homeschooling!  It is snowing tiny dandruff flakes, and it is supposed to snow until tomorrow and then warm up and rain shortly thereafter.  {Yes, that is a pair of shorts you see!}

I would use them along with a group of neutrals that have been taking up space in my stash for half of forever to make a quilt, probably a log cabin quilt because those are my favorite to make plus the strips are so handy for that.
