Envision Lap Quilt in Moda Grunge Purples!

Today I have a super happy purple Envision Lap quilt to share with you!  This quilt was finished last year and has been patiently waiting it's day to shine on the blog.  :)

The Envision pattern includes 6 sizes, and this is the Lap size which is perfect for kids and shorter adults.

The Envision quilt pattern is available in the Busy Hands Quilts pattern shop.

QUICK AND EASY

Envision is a quick and easy quilt pattern that you can finish in no time at all.  The large blocks go together very quickly.

SIX QUILT SIZES

Envision includes instructions for all the sizes so you'll use the pattern again and again.

     Baby Size

     Lap Size

     Throw Size

     Twin Bed

     Queen Bed

     King Bed

This Lap quilt was made by my professional sewist, Kare, and quilted and bound by me.

FABRIC SELECTION

These delightfully bold and soothing purples are from the Moda Grunge fabric collection, both the original Grunge fabrics and the Grunge Dot collection.  The backing and binding are the deep purple Moda Grunge from the front of the quilt.

This purple quilt is made with five fabrics, two of them being very similar hues (the light purples), and this changes the look of the design.  The Envision in Gris quilt below uses five different hues so it appears different than the purple quilt.

LONGARM QUILTING

The quilting design is a Maze design, done in purple thread on my HandiQuilter Fusion with ProStitcher.  It's so much fun to use colored thread on a quilt!

This quilt is for sale in the Busy Hands Quilts shop right here.
