The Sweet Comfort Quilt Pattern
Sweet Comfort includes 4 sizes - Throw, Twin, Queen, and King - and uses yardage of four fabrics. The instructions are specific in where fabrics are placed, so you can easily reproduce this quilt in your own fabrics.

Oh, Those Plum Fabrics!
Sweet Comfort is made with four fabrics - can you believe it's just four?!? This plum quilt is made with four different Moda Grunge fabrics, ranging from pale pink to deep plum. Grunge fabrics add lovely depth and character to quilts, while still reading as solids. I would have to say they are some of my favorite fabrics to use!
Longarm Quilting
Sweet Comfort is quilted with a digital design called Tempest in plum threads on my Handi Quilter Fusion with ProStitcher. The swirling waves add depth and texture to the quilt.
Quilt Binding
I've started to take pictures featuring the quilt binding on an entire side of the quilt. Bindings work hard to keep your quilt together, and they are not to be forgotten! It's pretty standard to use a double-fold of fabric in bindings since they receive so much wear over time.
