Oh My Darling has been kitted by Connecting Thread in the beautiful Wild Crimson fabric collection!  This is the Throw size.

I see cowboy boots and blue jeans when I look at this quilt with the denim-look blue background fabric.  More and more I'm using darker tone-on-tone fabrics as the background fabric and loving it!  ♥  I'm all for usable quilts, and it just seems like it's easier to use, love, and handle a quilt with a darker background.

This King size quilt Oh My Darling was made as a custom order a few years ago.  My client wanted blues and oranges, and it turned out oh so fine!

Oh My Darling Updated Pattern Sale!

My Oh My Darling quilt pattern has been completely updated, both inside and out, with new formatting and cover image.  I've also changed the Queen size from a square to a rectangular quilt.  This quilt pattern is jelly roll friendly and includes 6 sizes - Baby, Lap, Throw, Twin, Queen and King.  This is the cover quilt in Garden Club by RJR Fabrics.

This scrappy blue and orange Oh My Darling in the king size was a custom order.

Custom King Oh My Darling Quilt | Finished or Not Friday Linky Party + TGIFF!

My Finish is a custom king size Oh My Darling in oranges and blues!  The fabric pull was based on Sweet Marion with the aquas and pinks excluded and other fabrics added.

Oh My Darling is an original design of mine and is available for purchase in my pattern shop.  

This quilt is truly double sided quilt with the beautiful quilting design able to shine through so well on the snow white backing.  Of course the front only shows through because this picture was taken in the sun.

This quilt was made as a custom order through my Etsy shop.

Oh My Darling | Finished or Not Friday Link-Up | TGIFF Link Ups

Welcome to Finished or Not Friday where you can share your finished {or not} projects!  I'm also hosting Thank Goodness It's Finished Friday {TGIFF}!

My Finish is a twin size Oh My Darling, a new pattern release!  This sweet quilt is made with Fresh Cut by Basic Grey for Moda.

The pattern includes 6 sizes from baby to king, including two lap sizes, and is jelly roll friendly with strip piecing instructions given.  It looks like this quilt takes a long time to make, but the strip piecing makes it much quicker than traditional piecing.

The quilting is an edge-to-edge feather design which will be my go-to pattern and one that I offer to customers when I begin custom quilting.  I've named my new machine Gratitude, which is a combination of grateful and attitude!  Have a grateful attitude!

The backing is a super soft extra wide fabric in the coolest of peaches.

In other great news, I have a new quilt photographer!  I bought a lighting kit, and my daughter has stepped right up.  This quilt is her first project for me, and she did a great job!  I'll share more about that in another post.
